2 flatbreads (store-bought or homemade)

2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: red pepper flakes (for a spicy kick)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

    Cook the Sauce: In a medium-sized saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant but not browned.

      Add Cream and Cheese: Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. Gradually whisk in the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat.

        Prepare Flatbreads: Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

          Assemble the Flatbreads:

            - Spread a generous amount of the Alfredo sauce across each flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges.

              - Evenly distribute the shredded chicken and fresh spinach leaves on top of the sauce.

                - Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over each flatbread.

                  Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

                    Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and red pepper flakes (if using) before slicing. Serve warm.
