1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets

3 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon nutmeg (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare Cauliflower: In a large mixing bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until well coated.
