2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced

1 cup plain Greek yogurt (preferably full-fat for creaminess)

1/4 cup celery, finely chopped

1/4 cup red grapes, halved

1/4 cup almonds or walnuts, chopped (optional)

2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large whole wheat tortillas or wraps

Leafy greens (like spinach or romaine) for wrapping

Prepare the Chicken Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the Greek yogurt. Mix thoroughly to ensure the chicken is well coated.

    Add Crunch and Flavor: Add the finely chopped celery, halved grapes, and chopped nuts (if using) to the bowl. Stir to incorporate these ingredients into the chicken-yogurt mixture.
