Ingredients

1 can of refrigerated crescent roll dough

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

1/4 cup pure honey

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

Sesame or poppy seeds (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Prepare the Honey Butter Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, honey, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk together until smooth and well incorporated.

Roll Out the Dough: Open the can of crescent roll dough and carefully unroll it on a clean surface. Separate the dough into individual triangles along the perforated lines.

Spread the Honey Butter: Take a generous spoonful of the honey butter mixture and spread it over the wide end of each triangle. If there’s extra, set it aside for brushing later.

Roll the Crescents: Starting from the wide end, roll up each triangle tightly towards the point to form crescent-shaped rolls. Place them with the point facing down on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush with Honey Butter: If you have any leftover honey butter mixture, gently brush the tops of the crescent rolls with it. This will add extra flavor and a beautiful glaze.

Optional Garnish: If desired, sprinkle sesame or poppy seeds on top for added texture and a touch of elegance.

Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and flaky.

Serve Warm: Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Serve the honey butter crescent rolls warm, perfect alongside breakfast or as a delightful snack.
