3 cups broccoli florets

1 cup bell pepper, sliced (red or yellow)

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

4 tablespoons soy sauce (low-sodium)

2 tablespoons oyster sauce

1 tablespoon cornstarch

2 tablespoons vegetable oil (for cooking)

1 tablespoon sesame oil

2 cups cooked jasmine rice

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for spice)

Sesame seeds and sliced green onions (for garnish)

Marinate the Beef: In a medium bowl, combine the sliced flank steak with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes while you prepare the other ingredients.

    Blanch the Broccoli: Bring a pot of water to a boil and quickly blanch the broccoli florets for 2 minutes. Drain and immerse them in cold water to stop the cooking process. This keeps them vibrant and crunchy.

      Cook the Beef: Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Once hot, add the marinated beef in a single layer. Sear for 2-3 minutes until browned, stirring occasionally. Remove the beef from the skillet and set it aside.
