2 cups broccoli florets

2 cups cooked jasmine rice

3 tablespoons soy sauce

3 cloves garlic, minced

1-inch piece ginger, minced

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Prepare the Ingredients: Start by slicing the beef sirloin into thin strips (about 1/4 inch thick). Wash the broccoli florets and slice the red bell pepper. Mince the garlic and ginger, and set everything aside.
