1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced

1 bell pepper (red, yellow, or green), sliced

1 onion, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon taco seasoning

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon cumin

Salt and pepper to taste

8-10 large lettuce leaves (such as romaine or butter lettuce)

1 avocado, sliced

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Lime wedges (for serving)

Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, shredded cheese

Instructions
 

Prepare the Ingredients: Start by slicing the chicken breasts, bell pepper, and onion. Set aside.

    Season the Chicken: In a bowl, toss the sliced chicken with olive oil, taco seasoning, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper until the chicken is well coated.

      Cook the Chicken: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet and cook for about 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and no longer pink.
